"Come on, come on..." you could just hear everyone saying in their heads, make the clock tick faster, make the clock tick faster - as it was Up Up and Away Day at Howick Primary School.
As people headed towards the field, bubbles were drifting in the wind, kites gliding in the brezee, people were laughing and having fun. It was not just kids and teachers at this spectacular event, parents came along too and had a bucket load of fun. Some peoples kites broke, some bubble mixtures spilt ... but that didn't stop them from having a ball.
So maybe your school could organise an Up Up and Away Day have lots of fun, while at the same time you are fundraising.
